KUWAIT: “Gone are the days when you need to clean up after a paintball match and rush to your next activity, gone are the days when you get out of an open space area, where foul smell, messy environment and weather dependent games are held. Technology is replacing traditional method for the better in particular maximized health benefits and convenience” said Managing Director of Fit4Fun Peter Fitz. Fit4Fun, Kuwait’s health and fitness’ innovative and trend setter place launched “Arena”, a new sports indoor concept based on the movie “Tron”. The center fuses traditional set-up of paintball arena yet indoor and utilizing a futuristic ambiance where dark neon lights perk up structural barriers matched with safe protective gears worn by players during matches. The Arena offers a perfect safe environment, where kids and adults alike can enjoy confrontational paintball matches minus the sticky and messy paint at any day or time and regardless of weather conditions. Fit4Fun Arena is the first fluorescent indoor paintless paintball arena in Kuwait. With so many kids, teenagers, and active adults in Kuwait looking for things to do, indoor paintball is a one of a kind fun game for boys, girls and adults in Kuwait. Fit4Fun Arena is based on the famous Tron Legacy theme and offers the most innovative paintball shooting activities for kids and adults in Kuwait. Arena games are played in a black-lit environment with fluorescent-colored barriers and walls. The balls are soft and glow-in-the-dark, resulting in a spectacular display of bright glowing stars flying across the arena in every direction. The game is played by two opposing teams, Humans and Droids. Each player is outfitted with a high-tech impact vest with built-in sensors designed to sense hits from the balls. A real time scoreboard display instantaneously senses a player hit, and keeps team scores and game time counter. Specialized battle sound effects during the game complete this unique interactive gaming experience. Due to the special protective gear and sophisticated balls Fit4Fun indoor paint less paintball provides an even safer game than conventional paintball. And like other team sports paintball may teach children and even adults’ important skills. *From Al-Watan Daily What better way to celebrate the festive season than taking aim at your colleagues and friends with Paintball.
